For just a one time payment of $99.99 plus Florida Sales Tax, and subject to the terms of our Cooperative Distribution Agreement (the "Agreement"), we will: a) offer for sale and fulfill orders for hard copies (i.e. CDs) and INSTANT DIGITAL DOWNLOADS of your Works (i.e. each and every track on your CD), b) provide secure credit card processing for all transactions, c) promote your Works at our website for a minimum of one year, d) provide you with a hyperlink to your product page which you may place on your own or on other websites and, generally, e) pay you fifty (50%) percent of any reasonable selling price that YOU set (specifically subject to paragraph eight of our Agreement entitled "Your Royalty, Our Right to Reduce Your Price, and Our Monthly Membership Plan") on sales.

This deal is NON-EXCLUSIVE. You may market your Works elsewhere! Good looking homemade CDs are welcome.

Whether you complete this transaction online, or pay for it by check, we need you to print out the LAST PAGE of this Agreement, sign and date it, and fill in the blanks for the information requested - a) Your Name, Address, Phone Number, Fax, Email, and Tax ID or Social Security Number, b) Title, c) CD Price, and d) Download Price.
